Have you considered selling your home? If so, you can only hope that it will attract wonderful people who will swoon over your listing, but the truth is you have to take the good with the bad. And that means, less desirable visitors entering your home for sale in Fort Walton Beach.
The good news is that your agent understands that this can be uncomfortable and better yet, will take the necessary precautions to ensure your home’s safety and the safety of others. There are some things that you can do on your end though to feel just a little bit better.
For starters, if you’re going to have an open house, remove all personal elements from your home. This includes family photos, prescriptions, bills and any other documents that may contain your personal information.
Another thing you can do is schedule showings ahead of time and during daylight hours. Agents aren’t likely to schedule late-night showing for their clients but there may be times when a group is running late. If that’s the case, ask to reschedule.
